Biting into a slice of fresh pineapple is one of those experiences that implants an unforgettable memory in your brain. Indeed, the tangy, juicy, incredibly aromatic fruit possesses one of the most memorable flavors you’ll ever taste.
Although pineapples are available year-round, the season starts in early spring. And the exotic flavors of the spiky looking fruit couldn’t arrive at a better time. By the end of winter, our taste buds are ready to experience something fresh, something that tastes like spring!
This sorbet, in all its purity, highlights the glorious fruit’s marvelous qualities. The touch of fresh rosemary only accentuates the pineapple’s exotic aromas and livens up the palate even more. The best part though, is the sorbet’s texture – it’s luscious, creamy to a fault.
And just think, we get all that for only a few calories a scoop!

Great sorbet and love it when there is a hint of fresh herb like this.
Thank you Evelyne!
I love the addition of the rosemary! I would never have thought to combine pineapple and rosemary, but now that you bring it up – it does sounds quite refreshing and very Springy! Happy Spring!
