Edamame wrap with roasted jalapeños and shaved baby zucchini

Creamy edamame dip, crunchy shaved zucchini slices, aromatic fresh basil leaves and smoky grilled jalapeños are bundled up to make these totally scrumptious wraps.

The sandwiches are perfect for a light lunch or a picnic, but they can also be cut into smaller pieces, secured with a toothpick and served as finger food.
