Pineapple agua fresca with fennel greens

Agua fresca is a non-alcoholic beverage made with fresh fruits, a dash of sugar and chilled water. It’s a light concoction that’s also incredibly refreshing, especially on a hot summer day.

This agua fresca is made with fresh pineapple and lots of fennel greens. The mixture infuses for a couple of hours before being strained. Served with lots of ice cubes, it’s a thirst-quenching drink that will make you come back for seconds. Best of all, children love it as much as adults do!
