Here’s a fall salad that shows off the perfect yin-yang of elements. Red cabbage and apple are shaved into super-thin slices, transforming them into delicate morsels. Then they’re tossed with a warm, tangy Cabernet vinaigrette and topped with aromatic black grapes and toasted walnuts. The balance between the crunchy cabbage, the sweet grapes and apples and the tangy vinaigrette is superb!
