Shaved red cabbage and apple salad with black grapes and warm Cabernet vinaigrette

Here’s a fall salad that shows off the perfect yin-yang of elements. Red cabbage and apple are shaved into super-thin slices, transforming them into delicate morsels. Then they’re tossed with a warm, tangy Cabernet vinaigrette and topped with aromatic black grapes and toasted walnuts. The balance between the crunchy cabbage, the sweet grapes and apples and the tangy vinaigrette is superb!

This salad is as colorful as it is delicious, and as crispy as a clear autumn day. Bon appétit!

A very elegant salad for a fall salad, the vinaigrette sounds divine.
