Cauliflower-chickpea fritters with cilantro-yogurt dip

These cauliflower fritters make the most mouthwatering hors d’oeuvre! Served piping hot on a large tray, you’ll hardly be able to wait to dig in. The chickpea flour that coats the florets gives the fritters a most marvelous nutty flavor. And the fragrant cilantro-yogurt dip, served on the side, brings a wonderful cooling contrast to the fritters.

A most festive amuse gueule for a cocktail or dinner party!
