    thanks Viviane! Great tip and one I’m going to implement. I pulled some asparagus from the crisper to add to supper tonight and the tops with soft and washed right off. this looks like a much better way to store it.

    Marvelous tips!!! I know they do this at the market, but it’s never dawned on me to keep my asparagus in water at home. Brilliant!
